Utility.Engineering strongly believes in and supports the concept of, living in and sharing of servant leadership. Leadership can be of the company, a team or yourself, but there is always a constructive support mechanism that will make you successful with our team.

It takes a strange egg to want to do the same thing for all of their lives. While we respect that, we encourage all staff to gain a greater appreciation for the utility industry by learning about it from different angles. Not all solutions fit all problems. Not all problems deserve the same solution. Experience and good mentorship teach us this. Go ahead and make a mistake. Just be ready to learn from it and recover before it goes out the door. We learn from our mistakes and appreciate the successes that came from them.
Utility.Engineering's goal for all of its staff is to provide an excellent work environment while they are in the workforce, but more so, to provide opportunities to secure financial comfort upon retirement. While no business can guarantee any specific success, it is Utility.Engineering's desire and goal to share profits with all staff in a respectable and predictable manner. Employee contributions shall be recognized!
We all come from different backgrounds, experiences and philosophies. The world goes around somehow. Utility.Engineering strives to treat all staff with equality and equal opportunities. It is in everyone's best interest to see others succeed and be provided fair chances to do so. Diverse backgrounds make for diverse solutions.
Regardless of a staff member's education background or previous experiences, decades of experience have shown that no piece of paper guarantees success and no lack of a piece of paper dictates that an individual cannot achieve great things. Everyone at Utility.Engineering shall be treated with respect and appreciation. We believe in and support:
Diverse Thought
Culture of Trust
Unselfish Mindset
Fostering Leadership in Others
Ultimately, no one goes to work happily if they don't look forward to the people they deal with on a daily basis. While no family is perfect, in conjunction with everything else noted on this page, it is critical for every staff member to be a part of the overall team. That means both agreeing and disagreeing with others, but in a civil and respectful way that generates mutual appreciation and team cohesion. No one person is a team and no one team can survive without all its contributing members.
